Summary: Meet Keitaro Urashima, a persistent guy who is trying to get into Tokai(Tokyo University) because of a promise he made with a girl fifteen years ago. He's forgotten who the girl was, but he still wants to go there and reach happiness. He's already failed the exam and is kicked out of his home and forced to go to his Grandma's inn Hinata Sou, which is also the place where he made the promise with the girl. He meets a pleasant ;) surprise when he gets there, it's no longer a inn, but a girl's dormitory, and to make things worse he's immediately taken as a pervert by all the tenants. Through various hardships and events he ends up being the manager of the place. One particular girl, Naru Narusegawa seems to hate him alot and does everything in her power to make him leave. However Keitaro starts falling in love with her, and she reminds him of the girl from the promise. Is Naru really the promised girl?
