Requirements:
1. every thing on your site must be working. example: Anime Episode Download if you have. ,Wallpaper must all be working, and etc. you get the point.
2.The web site must be about anime. it doesn't matters if it has a download or not. as long as your web site is about anime shod be fine. No hetai allow but Ichi is.
3.. Ani-Obsession affiliation button must be on every page or at least the front page.
4.your web site must at list have 50 daily hits. But we can work that out ^_^.
5.At list 1 time on the week your web site must have something new. As we call update.
6.Forums are also allow but the forum must be at list 3 months old /+ and also must have at list 100 Members
