Summary: "Air Trek" is a new fad that many of the nation's youth are obsessed with. Air Trek (AT) is a futuristic version of online-skating. Those who use ATs are known as Storm Riders and are usually in teams. It is important for Storm Riders to win as much as they can to move up the ranks. There are many AT gangs along with AT competitions. Minami "Ikki" Itsuki is a 15 year old junior high school student. He's the leader of a gang named the East Side Gunz. After Ikki was humiliated by a gang of Storm Riders, he was given a pair of Air Trek to deal with the problem. He later found out he really likes AT and he gets interested in the world of Air Trek.
