Description

In the Land of Clow, teenage Syaoran returns from an archaeological dig excavating an ancient ruin, and is greeted by his old childhood friend, Princess Sakura. Sakura wants to confess her feelings for Syaoran, but is interrupted before she could do so.

Later, she meets Syaoran at the ruin. There her latent powers become active and wings (tsubasa) appear on her back as a mysterious person attempts to kidnap her. Syaoran prevents Sakura from being taken, but now Sakura is unconscious and her memories appear to be gone. She will die unless she can get help from the time-space witch Yuuko.

The priest-mage Yukito sends Syaoran across space and time to another universe where Yuuko resides. There, they not only meet Yuuko, but also Kurogane, a powerful ninja who was sent there by Princess Tomoyo from her universe to learn the true meaning of strength, and Fai, a powerful mage and creator of Chii in his world. He's on the run from a sleeping ruler named Ashura.

Yuuko agrees to grant all of their wishes, but at a heavy price. For Kurogane, he must give up his sword in order to travel through dimensions in the hopes of returning home. For Fai, he must give up the tattoos that his magic comes from so he can stay on the run. For Syaoran, he must give up his current relationship with Sakura to travel through the dimensions to find the feathers of her wings which contain her memories. And Sakura, though unconscious, must give up her memories of Syaoran.

Together, the four set off with the critter Mokona, who can locate Sakura's feathers, open doors between universes, and communicate with Yuuko when needed.

The Animal Riot of Crescent Moon Island is the third film based on the popular Naruto anime and manga series by Masashi Kishimoto. It was announced on August 6, 2005 at the opening of Naruto the Movie 2: Great Clash! The Illusionary Ruins at the Depths of the Earth. TVTokyo's website states that Naruto the Movie 3: Mikazuki Island's Animal Panic! was released in DVD format on April 25, 2007. The movie takes place after episode 196, during the anime's filler arcs. Footage of this movie is seen in the opening and ending credits for episodes 197 through 199.

The first 100,000 people to see the movie in certain theaters were to receive a Naruto themed yo-yo. It has a picture of Naruto on it, and when spun it lights up, to look like a Rasengan.

Plot
Naruto Uzumaki, Kakashi Hatake, Sakura Haruno, and Rock Lee are assigned to protect the prince of the Land of the Moon, Michiru, during his world trip. The Land of the Moon is a very wealthy nation, so Michiru tends to buy whatever he wants, and isn't too quick to follow the directions of his escorts. His son, Hikaru, also acts in much the same manner, annoying Naruto. When Hikaru takes a liking to a rare sabertoothed tiger featured at a circus, Michiru ends up purchasing not only it, but the whole circus as well. Now the team has to look over both their client and his newly-acquired pets.

After returning to the Land of the Moon, they find that the country has been taken over by Shabadaba, one of the nobles. Having hired three powerful ninja to assist him, Shabadaba has disposed of the king and plans to do the same with Michiru and Hikaru, the remaining heirs to the throne. He orders the military forces to kill them all, but the team is able to escape with the help of some soldiers still loyal to the king.

Escaping to a hidden cave, Michiru finds that his father is still alive, but Sakura was only able to keep him alive for a short period. Before dying, the king tells Michiru and Hikaru that people are truly important in life, not material goods. During an attempt to escape the country by boat, the three ninja hired by Shabadaba attack, disabling Naruto, Kakashi, Sakura, and Lee with sense-dulling poison. The prince is captured, but the emergence of Naruto's fox chakra allows him to repell the attacking ninja before the prince's son can be taken.

At the castle, Shabadaba's reasons for taking over the country are revealed to be purely material, the same things Michiru considers important. He realizes what his father meant as Shabadaba decides to put him to death. Rather than do this quickly, Shabadaba decides to amuse himself by conducting a drawn-out hanging: he has Michiru balance on a board of wood not strong enough to support his weight while wearing a noose, ensuring that sooner or later he'll hang.

With the help of the circus Michiru purchased earlier, Kakashi's team makes a rescue attempt with Hikaru and the rogue soldiers. One by one, Kakashi and his team fight individual battles: Kakashi fights the many soldiers while each of the Genin fight one of the ninja. Using an array of chain and staff weapons, Lee defeats his opponent after some effort. Sakura is able to dispatch her poison-using opponent by shattering a chandelier to be able to locate her opponent and subsequently defeat her with one punch. Naruto's battle takes the longest, as it varies between trying to rescue Michiru and actually fighting. In the penultimate scene, Naruto, his leg disabled by his opponent's strange petrification jutsu, rides on Michiru's back to attack with his Rasengan, which reflects the light of the moon in such a manner that it grows and takes on a cresent shape.

With the threat over and the country now in the hands of Michiru, who plans to be a generous ruler in honor of his father, Kakashi's team sets out for a vacation.

Description
The main character, Tohno Shiki, was involved in a serious accident during his childhood. So severely injured that it was thought he was dead for certain, he nevertheless miraculously survived. However, due to that incident, Shiki was sent away from the Tohno household and entrusted to the care of a distant relative's family.

Shiki has a secret. Ever since the accident, he could see lines in every object. By passing a blade through these lines, he could easily cut apart anything. Troubled by this ability, young Shiki is given a pair of glasses by a lady he meets (Shiki calls her "Teacher") which hides the "lines of death" from his sight. Thanks to this, Shiki was able to live normally up until now.

However, circumstances change. A letter for Shiki arrives informing him that the head of the Tohno Household, his father, has died. By orders of the new head of the household, he must return at once to the Tohno house.

The story begins when Shiki, now a highschool student, returns to the Tohno Household. On his first day, he kills a woman in a fit of insanity. However, his 'victim', Arcueid, turns out to be an immortal, a vampire, and she enlists Shiki's aid in a conflict between opposing vampire factions.

From the start, the mutual attraction between the two is undeniable. However, dark secrets overshadow their burdgeoning relationship. Can Shiki overcome the various obstacles before him? Obstacles brought about by blood-thirsty vampires, by Arcueid's hidden past, by the unspeakable secrets of the Tohno Household, and by Shiki's own forgotten past. Finally, the greatest obstacle of all: Arcueid is still a vampire.
